We have continuously perfected our Duralon Ceramic Coating for more than a decade, and G10 Duralon Blue is exceptional in every category, heating fast and evenly, releasing food effortlessly, and being extraordinarily durable.

The Duralon Blue coating has a hardness rating of 9H, making it extremely strong with high resistance to abrasion, corrosion, and acid, ensuring it won't chip or discolor and will retain its non-stick properties longer. It also promotes the creation of far infrared radiant heat within the cookware, up to 92% more, which penetrates food from inside and outside, leaving the food moist and flavorful.

Every frying pan is bonded and reinforced with an anti-warp stainless steel plate on the bottom, making it induction ready and delivering fast, even heat distribution and superior heat retention at any temperature. They are also safe for use on all cooktops, including electric and gas stoves, and are oven-safe up to 500°F, allowing for seamless transition from stove to oven.
